A 14-minute true story from Louisiana, 1980: a drill goes through the roof of a salt mine under a lake, the lake empties in about three hours, a canal runs backwards, and everyone gets out. With one live vote at the moment it matters. Everything to say is in the speaker notes.

Slides: 25.
