Dynamic agenda tracker
Show the room where they are.
Add a live wayfinding element that follows the deck section by section, with optional labels and icons and separate color control for each.
An XS agenda tracker is created for all slides, given real topic icons and separate label and icon colors, then advances by section.
Built into the editor
Progress that updates with the presentation.
The agenda tracker is a dynamic object: configure its topics once, then let the active state follow the current slide.
Insert it from Dynamic
Open Objects → Dynamic and add an Agenda tracker. A manual tracker starts at medium size so it is easy to see and configure.
Let AI keep it quiet
When AI chooses an agenda tracker for a generated deck, it defaults to XS so wayfinding does not compete with the slide's content.
Style labels and icons separately
Show or hide labels and icons, then choose independent label and icon colors for the contrast the design needs.
What is a dynamic agenda tracker?
A dynamic agenda tracker is a repeated wayfinding object that marks the audience's current section as the presentation advances. Unlike an agenda slide that disappears after the opening, the tracker can keep the structure visible when the audience needs it.
Add one from Objects → Dynamic, define the topics, and choose how much of the device to show. Labels and icons are optional, and their colors are independent. AI-generated decks can include an agenda when it suits the outline, but the object is not required; when AI does add one, its default size is XS.
FAQ
Agenda tracker questions, answered
How does the tracker know which topic is active?
Set the active topic on the slide where a section begins. Decka carries that topic through the following slides until another slide changes it, keeping sibling tracker instances in sync across the deck.
Can the tracker show only icons or only labels?
Yes. Labels and icons have independent visibility controls, so the same tracker can be text-led, icon-led, or show both. Their colors can also be set separately.
Does AI add an agenda tracker automatically?
Only when it supports the deck's outline. The tracker is optional, never required by a layout recipe, and AI-generated agenda trackers default to XS so the wayfinding stays quieter than the slide content.
