Decka adds live polls, Q&A, and interactive activities to your presentations — in the Decka editor, in PowerPoint via the Decka add-in, and in Google Slides via the Decka extension.

Email support@decka.dev with a description of the problem, the platform you are using (web, PowerPoint, or Google Slides), and — if the issue concerns a specific presentation — a link to it. We answer every message.
Common questions
- The add-in shows a sign-in prompt inside PowerPoint.
- Choose “Sign in” and complete the flow in the window that opens; the pane picks the session up automatically. Sessions can expire after long periods of inactivity — signing in again restores your workspace exactly as it was.
- Participants can’t reach my activity.
- Check that the activity is live (not paused) and that participants use the join code or QR shown on the slide.
- How do I delete my account or export my data?
